Co worker ran out after after sex?

I (26m) have not been in a relationship for 4 yrs, haven't gotten the courage to ask anyone out. A new girl came to work with my company (24f), she started to make jokes about being together with me and acting fake jealous when I talk to other females. I started sending meme and videos to her for a few months but never talk to her outside of work. One day she messaged me privately and said that she actually liked me, I told her that I did not want to be in a relationship because of my depression and mental issues. Two weeks after that we had a company party, she ignored me the entire time then in the night she text me she to "f----k me", and I being as down bad as I am said I wanted to do her too. She agreed to come to my place a week later. She came over we did it for one round, she said it felt good. Second round she gets up and goes to the bathroom then saves her mom is calling her and she had to rush home (she had already told her mom she'd be out for the night). Next day she asked me if I was mad she left, I said no and told her she can make it up to me next time. She told me there will not be a next time because it was "not right" and that we are co workers. Now I not sure what to feel about it, don't know if I should feel used or it just how things are in the dating world?
