ASUS sent laptop back from RMA without fixing the issue

I've been having this issue where I haven't been able to boot my laptop because when it attempts to boot up, a bunch of pink dots show up on the screen and then the display goes black. I went through the whole process with ASUS customer support, trying everything under the sun, and they decided an RMA was necessary. I sent it in, and a little more than a week later they sent it back with repairs. I turn it on and? Pink dots and the screen goes black. I have no idea how it could've been returned in this condition given testing would've been necessary. Is there any way I could get a replacement product or something of the like? I've been without a laptop for months and receiving it back still defective was really disheartening.
