What is the going rate for an okayish condition running and driving. 1984 hatchback SR5? 117k miles

Trying to see what the true value of the car would be, not trying to sell it at the moment but just want to get a gauge on a correct price if it came down to it. (Would only sell to purchase my dream car 997 turbo s) rust is almost non existent, interior is all there and in good shape. Dash is cracked but has a dash cap on it. I say its in okayish condition but realistically speaking its got full interior and vitrually no rust, which is practically a barn find if u ask me.
