Is there an automated way to notify HR if employee takes 40 hours or more pto? We use ADP Workforce Now

Title says it all. We have a few company policies that go into effect if an employee is out for more than 40 hours. One specifically regarding use of company electronics devices. Only IT seems to care about this specific policy, but hey, I'm IT. Plenty of reasons concerning damage, theft, and data loss that I want to mitigate.

I would like to get an alert triggered so when PTO over a certain number of days goes into effect.

Note, I don't have access to ADP. I've spoke to HR about this and they haven't responded yet (yes there was an incident).
