NHS Route takers?

Hello, I'm just curious but has anyone took a pure NHS Route for diagnosis and everything? Not using RTC but using just the default pathway with your gp and then nhs? I'm about 2 years in and honestly I haven't felt the time go by I think that's mostly due to time blindness but I'm about to be diagnosed next month and I just want a clue what other people's experiences was and what I'm looking at for the wait till I get titrated?
