how do i get out of bed?
does anyone have any tips on getting out of bed?
i feel like ive tried everything. i put my phone far away, i have someone open my door every morning, i make plans, but i still lay in bed until 2-3 pm every day!
im not lazy, i don't want to be in bed, i hate that i stay there, i just can't make myself get up at all. i think its executive dysfunction because i have undiagnosed adhd but then like... is there any possible way i can help myself? i am willing to do literally anything at this point. i'm SO tired of not being able to get up. i'm wasting my life away just laying in bed and i hate it!!
