Stacey/ Darcey/ Florian

I wasn’t keeping up to date with the twins as much but since when are Florian and Darcey so close that it seems to be coming between Stacey and Darcey? I remember ad one point Darcey seemed to hate him. Can someone summarize and tell me please?! 🙏🏽
