Possible Impacted bowel from 7oh.

Haven't been able push out a massive poop I'm 2 weeks. It's stuck i still go but only do to daily laxative use mostly i believe. I've tried enemas osmotic stimulants prune juice works good but no avail so far. I've lowered dose to about 115mg a day today going way lower. Have to. Wondering if reg kratom leaf would work better on bowels not stopping than 7oh. Going dr today for 2nd time. Anyone else have this or similar feeling? Hurts alot when exercising or alot movement when not on 7 it starts push hard in body but won't move feels stuck in colon.
