Officially completed today, started May 25th

Total weight lost: 43lbs (198.5 - 155.5) Total body fat loss (according to Garmin): 13.6% (28.9%-15.3%) BMI drop: 6.5 (30.1-23.6)

Overall thoughts: while this was definitely challenging, it was absolutely rewarding, I'm at a weight I never dreamed I could achieve (the last time I remember being this weight was during Air Force Tech School) but I feel 10x better that even back then some 15-16 years ago. I've learned habits and discipline that will help me stay on track.

I'm very lucky I was able to complete it my first time through, especially with a few times of trying to push myself too hard too fast, but I stayed motivated, made sure I still hit the requirements, and pushed through!
