Week 3: Stretching - Failed Grilled Cheese
For this week I wanted to use cheese to interpret the theme, so I thought I would make a fancy grilled cheese, in the hopes it would stretch out when I cut it in half.
As you can see, it was a total fail, but it tasted amazing.
It's a mango peach chutney with gruyere and parmesan cheese. I also made garlic soup to go with it.
