Print fails

I’ve been trying to print something but each time I try the print fails, I’ve tried 3 times each time with a slower print speed and it’s still failing, any idea why? It’s not from the slicer because i’ve been using that slicer since forever and no problem from it, except a few fail prints. (I’m using ender 3 v3 se)
