Are we forever doomed to get outjerked?

Hello I usually lurk on this subreddit and some other touhou subreddits and I like to keep my main Reddit profile fully SFW, so I am posting this on an alt, if that is fine.

Recently I've noticed this user who made this meme, has been posting a lot of memes that completely outjerk us, but today they finally uploaded an outjerk, that isn't too much for even this subreddit. (It's Reimu in a lewd bikini, but no nudity.)

My question is just... Can we even outjerk someone like this and why?
