Jagex, I’m sorry your community doesn’t understand surveys

It’s clear that a lot of people have overreacted to what is a typical survey to gauge customer feelings. It’s unfortunate that some people decided to cancel membership just because of a simple survey. Well at least servers won’t be as laggy with less people now!
