Pushing to expert TOAs

Rn I'm doing 250s with insanity on. When I turn on WTP, it's always either akkha or a levelled up zebak that ends me. I'm guessing my mage gear is making it harder for me?

I bring about 5 restores + sanfew and 3 brews. Invested in a blood fury but I feel that it doesn't do that much other than on kephri who I don't use much resources for anyways (I red-x baba)
