What to do about chocolate cravings on period?
I'm a simple individual. Whenever my period rolls around, I crave chocolate. Obviously this isn't ideal considering chocolate is pretty calorie dense, but it's hard to ignore the craving when they can last a full week, sometimes a little longer
There's a few things I can think of to do about this: eating a small portion of chocolate, only allowing dark chocolate, low calorie alternatives, and chocolate covered fruit
I'm wondering what others have done about their period related chocolate cravings and which methods worked best for feeling satisfied that didn't end in eating a whole bag of chocolate, because I'm REALLY trying not to eat a whole bag of chocolate
